Emma Pelzner has over ten years of experience working with nonprofit, for-profit, and government leaders to help them strengthen their leadership, develop their staff, and build robust, strategic organizations.
Emma worked as a consultant at The Bridgespan Group and in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, where she worked with a range of clients on strategy and talent challenges. Her work included organizational design, performance measurement, strategic planning, and leadership development.
Emma also served as the National Director of Programs for Peer Health Exchange, a national nonprofit focused on health education. In this role, she supported the organization through a national expansion resulting in tenfold growth, helped develop the organization’s strategy and structure, and managed staff and program operations across five cities.
Emma has an MBA from Yale University's School of Management and a BA in philosophy and psychology, also from Yale.
