I have always been fascinated by people. The strength of an organization's talent directly determines how much social change the organization can achieve. From my experience working in and with small and growing nonprofits, I know how isolating leading an organization with a small staff can be, and how difficult it can be to find the time and resources to focus on talent development. I take a practical, compassionate, direct approach to supporting leaders in setting and meeting their personal and organizational goals. Through regular phone or in-person meetings, I serve as a sounding board, an expert resource, a troubleshooter, and an extra pair of hands helping to focus an organization's energy on its most valuable resource, its people.
